Authentic barn and stables in loft style
This authentic barn from 1882 (La Grange) was renovated in 2007 into a warm and unique cottage with a capacity of 6 to 17 people. In 2009, it has been completely refurbished to make it a luxury and comfortable cottage while remaining very friendly.
In 2018, her little sister was born, next door, located in a former stable: L'Annexe, it was arranged in the same loft style as the barn and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people.
Together the two cottages can accommodate 25 people.
La Grange, with loan of 400 m2 habitable, it offers generous living spaces, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna and relaxation area, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 20 people, 2 sitting areas, a play area with billiards and table football.
L'Annexe, with 120 m2 habitable, furnished in loft style, offers 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area overlooking the valley and the church.
For those who wish, we can organize a catering service that delivers directly to the cottage a cold buffet with charcuterie Ardennes for the evening of your arrival or menus three or two services for other days.

The cottages are located in the charming village of Halleux at +/- 6 km from the center of La Roche en Ardennes. Less than 15 minutes from Durbuy, the Baraque de Fraiture, Houffalize, Bastogne and the Ourthe.
The cottages are located 390 m above sea level, starting point for a multitude of walks in the woods, 5 km from the cross-country ski trails located at 530 m above sea level and 20 minutes from the ski slopes of Lierneux.
To better enjoy nature, the outdoor spaces have been completely refurbished in 2018, so as to enlarge the garden and install a brand new petanque track. The whole has also been fenced for the safety of the little ones.
The two gites benefit from terrace to the North and South for sunny breakfasts and for lunches and dinners around the BBQ.
